What happened to IShowSpeed eye? – YouTuber IShowSpeed underwent emergency surgery for a swollen eye and cluster headache. However, he is recovering from what he was facing.

IShowSpeed’s real name is Darren Watkins Jr. He is a popular YouTuber who has over 19 million followers on his YouTube account.

What happened to IShowSpeed eye?

IShowSpeed shared a video titled “I might die bye” on 28 July 2023 in which he revealed his health condition. He said in the video,

“Right now, I have one of the worst experiences I am having right now. I can’t even open up my eyes. I have this thing called a cluster headache. A deadly headache disease. I can’t sleep, I can’t eat, I can’t do anything right now.“

He revealed that his eye swallowed that’s why he can’t open his eye. He also suffered from cluster headaches which are not common headaches. His right eye puffed up and he was in severe pain.

IShowSpeed said,

‘I don’t know what I have. I have been feeling sh*t, literally, pretty bad.’

He also said,

“It hurts so bad I can’t do anything. It just hurts. Everything I do is just pounding my head.” He told his fans, “I love yall if anything happens.”

YouTube influencer IShowSpeed rushed to emergency surgery

IShowSpeed was rushed to the hospital soon after his health suffered. He underwent surgery with a gruesomely swollen eye.

IShowSpeed Health Update

One of IShowSpeed’s verified Twitter channels revealed,

“Update: Hospital docs are of no severe concern for Speed’s health, he will be fine just has to deal with pain. Don’t expect any stream until Speed is back in the US.“

IShowSpeed’s father Darren Watkins Sr. spoke about his son’s health on social media,

“I am just giving you guys an update on Junior. Junior is doing much better. He was just not feeling himself. We never say ‘sick,’ we just say he wasn’t feeling himself. He made sure that he got himself taken care of.”

IShowSpeed Discharged from the hospital

IShowSpeed has been discharged from the hospital. He is on the road to recovery. His swelling will heal after a few days. When he came out from the hospital, he was in a Manchester United jersey with a swollen right eye and a bandage on his head.
